Hi! Sharing a trick from many years ago to help sharpen your scissors. Take a folded piece of heavy duty aluminum foil & cut it in many places with your scissors. it helps to re-sharpen your scissors for a while.. you can keep repeating this until you choose to replace them. I’ve done this many times.

Love them all! I’ve been covering my flameless candles for the past ten years w/ reg scrapbook paper & securing it w/ double sided tape. Works like a charm & it’s removable for the next holiday!

I like the idea of decorating in the bowl or tray for tabletops so if you need to move them to accommodate.a meal or serving space it can be moved quickly.

My favorite was the final one: Farm fresh pumpkins. I have my great grandmother's dough bowl and rolling pin. I was named for her. She died when my dad was five. So the dough bowl is over 100 years old. I am almost 62. When my husband and I first got married, he cut some tupelo stumps for a man who carved dough bowls from them. He sent me one. My husband was a logger. So I have that one too. It has the ledge handles similar to the last one you showed. I actually use my great grandma's dough bowl sometimes to make biscuits.

I am so happy to find your new video. I am feeling really lonely today. I needed one of your uplifting, fun videos. I love, love, love dough bowls. I love that first dough bowl that you did. I would like to have that on my dresser in my bedroom. I loved all of the dough bowls, except for the skull & spells one. I Never entertain anything to do with the demonic world. Just too scary for me. However, I loved the the other Halloween one that you did. My favorite is the first one. Leslie You are so sweet, talented, uplifting, positive, energetic. You inspire me. @@ji1072 Thank You for your reply. That is so nice. Yes, I am very lonely. I work from home which is a Blessing, but I don't get to see people like I did when I worked at the campus. Also my car has been in the shop for about 7 weeks after having an accident. My daughter comes by almost everyday. I am 70 & still Blessed to be working full time. I've worked since I was 15. Don't want to retire but couldn't afford to if I wanted to. Sorry for the whining. Thank You again.

Hi. Just wanted to say thank you for the great ideas. I would use them all. I was shopping and I came up on a bread bowl,alot like your white one. And a wooden bowl like your round one. I was blessed to get them. Now decorate Paula. Widow now over 2 yrs from my husband who passed from dementia for at least 4 yrs. What a time in my life. Each one is so unique. I think my favorite is the last one with the orange pumpkin even tho I never use orange in my home. Could easily switch out another color and perfect! Just a suggestion on your garland. Rip the fabric instead of cutting. Gives it a nice frayed edge. Cotton tears easily with a short snip to begin. Also, fold the piece in half, set your jute rope on top , slip the ends through the loop of the fold. That way the inside of the fabric doesn’t show. Cut burlap strips instead of using ribbon. Again, a more frayed look. Hope that’s understandable. Always love your ideas!

I realize I'm a year late (and a dollar short), but you could just rip the fabric for the garland! Just snip every three inches and it will rip straight with the grainline of the fabric. And having the ragged edges for that garland would probably be cute anyway.
