Protestants usually align with Unionists/Loyalists, who want to remain part of the United Kingdom. Most of these protests start out with normal, law abiding citizens who are simply fed up with how successive governments have failed us. Unfortunately the marches often get taken over by a mindless minority. Please don't dismiss those of us who protest peacefully. 😊

The problem with this two tier policing is that at the lower level people are getting ridiculously disproportionate sentences for stupid shit , and you just know that if the police do remedy this situation, all they will do is start giving the same ridiculously disproportionate sentences to everyone , and then start acting like that’s what we wanted
