Well done Stephen, I have seen you have employed the Ferrabosco Lyra viol II tuning d'adaDAA (found in Praetorius, of course). I agree: this is the only chance available if one want to play Bonizzi with 6 strings and not 7. The 6th need to be densified gut (it should be that). Mimmo Peruffo

Thanks Mimmo. If I recall correctly the lowest string in this video is 'loaded' gut from corde Drago, but I actually have a setup at the moment with only pure gut and it actually is working even better I think!
