And if you watch Dove's interviews, or any of the originals, they say they have completed their story arc and it would be hard going back without Cameron. They never said the franchise should stop.

Honestly I have mixed feelings about having a Descendants 4 movie being made. The one thing I’m glad they did was cast Brandy and Paolo Montalban from the Cinderella 1997 movie. That Cinderella movie was one of my favorites growing up!

If Decendents four is wrong, then a new Spider-man movie with Tom Holland is wrong... and it is. I just feel like, like the Decendents movies, the story is complete. I mean, let's just say to not give too much away to not spoil anything for those who haven't watched no way home yet, peter losing everything is enough, so... there's not really much of an adventure left. Who else agrees.

The ending of no way home is to show that Peter is kind of just starting off with a new beginning and it would just be awful ending off with him having nothing and never continuing his story. Peter still has so much more left for him and we want to see how he can get Ned and Mj with him again whereas Descendants is a whole different thing, they had an amazing ending and doing a movie without Cameron just feels messed up and even the Og cast agree which is why they are not coming back

If I’m being honest. I’m not watching it and I think it is going to be a huge fail. Without Booboo, Dove, Sofia, and Cameron🕊️ it won’t be the same.

I love the three descendants with the original cast. And I also know it will considering camera but the 2015 I would love if the original reboot the same way didn’t return casting is a great idea and I think pretty good even Cameron now that he dead did an amazing job for Cruella Deville son Carlos to life. The new film would never be the same like the original three so we know the show must go on and we can just give this new movie a chance.

Im not watching it if dove sophia and cameron are not playing. I know that cameron is gone but he will live in our hearts forever❤❤ I wish he could come back to this world❤❤❤❤❤he was to young and an amaizing actor❤❤😢😢😢i miss him❤😢r.i.p. 😢

It’s so so sad but I guess Dove was right they did finish their story and now the producers want to open a new story for new kids even though it’s so sad and most people won’t be watching without the OG cast at least we got to see there story end so beautiful and I won’t be watching the new descendants but I hope the new cast does extremely well and continues the vision and love descendants 1,2 and 3 have brought to so many of us R.I.P Cameron Boyce 😢 we will miss and love you soo much, and hope the OG cast will heal and move on with love and keep showing great growth and do amazing things in their lives even if that means not being in descendants the rise of red

I can not say that I agree with Dove cause she is right like it's not gonna be the same without the original cast but I also feel like Descendants 4 is gonna be something different, something new now I'm not gonna lie when it was announced that there was gonna be a Descendants 4 I was really excited because I new that there was gonna be a Descendants 4 but I do have mixed emotions about it Now I personally don't feel like they are replacing Cameron Boyce because that's stupid cause yes Cameron did work on Disney for a long time but before Cameron died he was gonna leave Disney to do other projects but he would not be returning as Carlos if they ever did a Descendants 4 So, I'm pretty sure that if he was still alive they would have still released Descendants 4

1-3 I find canon. Without the OG cast, it's not the same. Without Dove, Booboo, Cameron, and Sofia, it's not the same. If i ever binge watch it, it'll be be 1-3.

I love the original cast a lot like I reallly do! But it was not anyone’s fault Cameron had passed. They changed the original cast to a new cast because it’s disrespectful to replace Cameron with someone else. But the new cast might make a good change

I think its very wrong to come out with descendants 4 because the original characters was based off of them no one else. If they want to make a new movie at least do the beginning with it like the passing of the one character but have the characters work around it and have the entire franchise end off of it with a happy ending with the famous actors who does the mean rule of all the descendants movies.

I honestly would have been fine with it if they didn’t call it Descendants 4. Like sure keep Descendants but I feel like they should have added something to make it separate from the OG like Descendants: the new kids in town, or Descendants: New generation. IDK just something to separate them cause it feel like they’re just pushing aside the classic 3 movies. Like they should have done something like how they did the High School Musical: THE SERIES. It’s kinda sad without the 4 vks but some fans were right they could just use some script and cgi about Carlos and says something about like he’s going to study in other countries etc but yea dove is right too cuz it would make us sad but I think they should make a new film with the Vks but that doesn’t work 😢 as long as they doesn’t bring back the 4 vks with new actors I think this film might be good
