What about the good ending with Artificer where her children get reborn by inv's egg? It wasn't in these animations but it was a great ending for both Edit: Just remembered, rivulet has a good ending with lots of love for Inv/Enot if you offer LTTM to cook your egg, so that's already 2 great endings.
I just noticed that when the slugcats pass by inv 2:21 you can faintly hear their voices from the previous episodes (I could barely make out Artificer saying "what could you possibly know about me?"). Such a nice detail.
@@Thatgreyslugcat ok, I didn't notice that one, good ear! It kind of makes sense, considering how Saint and the game over messages are both voiced by Andrew.
I finally cracked the code on what all of the slugcats are saying -spearmaster “please don’t drag me into this again” -rivulet “are you afraid of me?” -artificer “what could you possibly know about me?” -gourmand “You’re not from my colony, right?”
Hats off to you, Northflowo... You've actually made me feel sad for what was essentially supposed to be a joke character. A tragic yet satisfying conclusion to the series.
@@bloop284 No, the Rain World Downpour More Slugcats Dating Sim only has the five options that have been animated. North, South, East, West, and Down. A select few mods, like The Vinki, also add paths to the Dating Sim, but by no means is Northflowo obligated to animate those.
So saint obtains the egg huh?, this is potentially the only time in the Northflowo adaptation of the Dating sim game where the route in the adaptation is actually an Egg reality distortion ending one
All Inv wanted was to fine love, they took as many chances as they coud, but this...this was different, it was a fail like any other sure but it wasn’t just that, it was the end of everything and nothing, The Egg was not only broken but was ascended aka became non existent, perhaps it created an error of a thing that uncreates thing gets uncreated. Inv saw past lives and mistakes, and also memories of their younger self that they never remembered. And after that there was nothing, no Saint, No Inv, no egg, no nothing.
Because...in the end, sometimes, there is no sudden miracle in the story, and it's an unhappy ending for all...but maybe one or two (in this case, Saint.). So...yeah. Kinda makes me want to make an animation similar to this ending. But...with lore from my own thing.
This made me cry, literally, I am not kidding... I had an entire mental break down just because I felt bad for Enot/Inv/Sofanthiel. Also like everyone else, the voice scared me, TBH I thought that the voice, or the goodnight gamer person in Enot's compaign, was a girl... never realized it was Andrew... I feel bad now :< Thanks Andrew for making me question myself!
imo, this video is unironically so fucking good. i come back to watch it every now and then not because it is funny, but because it is gourgeous. it just also happens to be a bit funny, which is a bonus.
??? wanted Saint, but after giving Saint the egg and seeing both Saint and everything around ??? become confusing all ??? could do was cry because nothing existed as it needed to even Saint.
what magical immaculate video did i just watch that made Inv/Enot/Rizzcat/??? fucking tragic? Absolutely distraught, fantastic video. Truly the Thanks Andrew moment of all time
I love the intro! Both epic and funny. Also, I apparently don't have context for whatever game this is lol. I thought it was some kind of survival side scroller metroidvania.
WTF THAT MADE ME EMOTIONAL 😭 😭😭😭 jsjsjsjrhsh also i loved the part where enot kinda flipped through all of the different headcannon designs, that was really creative
To fit the absurd fever dream that was the Saint playthrough, you've captured it masterfully. This is by far my favourite piece of the dating sim series.
the thing is, ascending isn't as nice of a thing as many people think. Nineteen Spades, Endless Reflections really shows that the void is not a good thing. it's better to exist because it is interesting, unlike the void.
now, we must ascend, head up to the sky, traveling a vertical path along a building of preposterous proportions, there is where *he* will find their next potential mate. *UP.*
