The brulee has taken a hard hit over the years. This video is a brief summary of what has happened recently and what has caused its sort of fall from grace in trading.
I personally still love it. It has the original handling again and it has been significantly nerfed but I still cling onto it because of the sentiment.

The real reason why Brulee sucks in trading values, it's because his horrible demand that was even worst than Caulifla and Kale kissing Goku and going to straight up throw yourself outta here. Brulee doesnt get Aper all alone because you need to add. Brulee needs to join 2.5m cars because it is getting a lot of underpays and if you have Brulee, bud do me a favor go keep the brulee because that vehicle is low in the rock demand

im not a huge expert on duping but for the rarity and trading id say its up to that + the nerf that happened that screwed over its grip on the road making the handling as bad as it was when it was added in 2018
