Fine after that ? Happy that skateboarding makes your legs muscles 😆 dawn that moment when you anderstand you lost control before hitting the ground, and then the fear or barrier after touching the ground with high speed, and finally hit it like this... his body may be fine, but for sure I wish him all the necessary courage to step up again... that couple of seconds will stay in his mind forever.
Respect? these idiots often get killed out of their own stupidity, poor drivers don't even get a chance to change directions when these assh0Ies ram into them turning themselves into stupid minced meat. And they ruin the poor driver's lives or even put them in danger.
That looked like a nasty spill. Looks like it was all to his ankle too. Hope he's healed and hitting the hill again by now. I messed my ankle up good and it starts getting sore after about .5 km of jogging. Hope his heals up better than mine, stay safe out there
Wow that looked amazingly painful. Bet he couldn't wait to get back on the board as soon as he was able to. You don't do this kind of thing if you don't have a passion for it.
@@rockymorokolo194 I'm with you, unless they are wearing leather motorcycle gear. Going high speed is fun, I do it on my mountainbike (40mp/h max. But I wear a motorcycle jacket, I always have the option of steering into a field of grass and much more important: I have a rear brake. Also my mountainbike is much more stable than a longboard. It's always cool until you get crippled. Then you will be walking funny or even sitting in a wheelchair, while all the other "cool" guys are still needlessly endangering their lives. I was one of those idiots too until I my bike slipped away right under me and I smacked my unprotected head against the asphalt. Now I wear my gear and can only be thankful that I got lucky with my accident, because I could've died.
I'm late. But I would recommend wearing racing leathers (like moto/ NASCAR suits) for protection regardless of how much experience for something like this. I don't have racing leather but I would try my hockey gear in full since that's the only full body protection I got. Hope this guy is doing ok now. Did his skin take permanent damage?
Can someone answer my question? I’ve seen so many people do these long board high speed skateboarding downhill, but how do they stop without wiping out?
Braking a long board is difficult and it gets harder the faster you go. After a certain point you just have to ride it out and hope the road gets less steep.
People power slide to stop abruptly, and you can do long, winding carving patterns to slow down gradually. The gloves usually have skid pads too, which can be helpful to save your hands, while you're slowing, stopping, and carving.
As exciting as this looks, I rather freefall. Less dangerous, no cars coming in other direction. If you're watching this on a phone your missing an experience. Get about four feet from a big screen TV and watch it that way. It' fills your field of view like you're there. HEY! How about one of these for a VR 3D setup.
Siento mucho lo ocurrido. Parece como que los ejes estaban un poquito flojos. Espero que tengas una pronta y buena recuperación y sigas disfrutando de los descensos. 👍
he go speed wobbles and crashed. that why going fast on skate is dangerous. it unstable platform. I think for high speed skateboarding it's not if going to crash it matter of when.
My uncle Cleytus loves bull riding but he was too fat to run away from the bull. He suffered a ripped groin and broken back, he's now a paraplegic. Our whole family spent all our money to keep him alive and he is a burden on everyone. At least he spent 3.4 seconds doing what he loved. He has big balls and I want to grow up to be just like him. I want to crash my skateboard at 100mph and rip my groin off doing what I love. Then I will also get young men on youtube to respect me.
This is why I stick to street and freestyle. You can still get hurt really bad but the payoff is better. The risk v reward is just too high for me here. If I want to go fast I can do it in my car. Hope this guy is okay.
