It don't matter his lower register has wonderful soulful quality that he didn't have when he was younger. So as long as he sings with passion I will enjoy it.
Jeez people! We're not still in 1990. Of course he looks older. He looks as he should for his age. Actually, he looks DAMN GOOD for his age. A little slim, but he has always been trim and that's hella better than looking like a bloated soccer dad. He still looks fit. You can tell he works out by the nice definition in his chest. Thankfully, he seems to have stayed clear of plastic surgery (Never looks good on men.) ! That being said, he was charming, and had a lot of interesting things to say.

I think he actually looks tired and sad. Not only introspective, not his natural and very known normal more on the sad way to be, nonetheless always with that wicked sense of humor , but he looks really really sad, and he never stoped looking sad, like deeply heartbroken. He seemed happy at the beginning of his marriage and everytime he was with his children. He has a perfect male face. Everybody talks about his eyes. But look at his nose, perfect, and his bone structure, he was, is beautiful, wherever he is. And he was slim. I am skinny too, I know how it works. If I lost weight, my face shows it. And it is hard for natural slimmer people to not loose weight. Sadness, too much work, worries, depression in some level, anything can make cause a lost of weight.

He looks good for his age, he doesn't look high or exhausted or too skinny or anything else. I'm 49 and many people I grew up with look worse than he does by the time they get to 45. Anyone who has ever been to a 30 yr high school reunion would agree, lots of guys at his age look like fat, bald old men.

Artists should genre-skip any way they want. I'd rather comment on the fact that Scream sucks. His choice was probably poor, but it's more like he failed at experimenting with the genre than going over to one that is entirely bad.. It doesn't matter what you do, as long as you look good doing it. And in this case, sound good.
Please, PLEASE don't make another electronic/pop album. I mean it's good to experiment, it's great, but you are a ROCK musician. Don't think it's a particularly good idea to genre-skip. Just my opinion.
His wife has since said there was a brief relapse in 2009. I assume this was during that relapse. But he got clean again and gave us more years of his brilliance. I love him and always will ❤
