It worked for me on June 2024, I have uninstalled the old office 365 pack I had from "Installed apps" AND ALSO uninstalled the package from Control Panel>Programs>Uninstall a program. So make sure you have uninstalled both packages of Office 365 or any old versions you may have. After that just follow the steps of the video, be careful on the part when you download the new pack using the "setup /download configuration.xml" just make sure the download is finished as indicated on the video because if you only see the new folder you may think its done but there is data still being downloaded, so just be careful to wait until its fully downloaded. After that I followed all the steps and worked perfectly. Thanks a lot!
I've followed every step correctly, however it didn't work for me. After activating Product key, it is showing a message as "This product is unlicensed. Connect to your corporate network or contact your system administrator for further assistance". Microsoft won't sit idle if people are publicly using costly licensed activation keys for free. It won't work as I tried even after uninstalling the software by following the video tagged by you, still did not work and it never works. All these videos of same format of installations and positive comments are fake!!!!!
fake video. cmd keeps waiting after downloading the folder. setup /configure configuration.xml can't write this because the second command does not appears
@@Technoholicplus I waited, I checked the properties. Once it was downloaded to 1.5 gb, after some times I checked again and it shows downloaded 500mb. lol. why tf download is not finishing?
Wait for some time, have patience. After some time it will automatically show the second dialog. If you close CMD in between, it will get download abrupts and you will not be able to apply the setup /configure configuration.xml command.
This actually worked for me! I think most people have problems when they run the first command because it doesn't show the download progress, but you can right click the Office folder and see the size is increasing to know that it is downloading still, also when it completed for me I had to press enter again in the cmd window (it did not automatically show the new line), but after leaving it about an hour for the download it really worked fine for me. Type the following command to navigate to the Office folder. For 32-bit (x86) Office cd c:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Office\Office16\ For 64-bit (x64) Office cd c:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office16\ Type cscript ospp.vbs /dstatus, and then press Enter.
I already follow all the steps. It's fine until completed installation. Then when I open Word, it says "Microsoft Office Home and Student 2019". Meanwhile it says "Office LTSC Pro Plus 2024 - en-us" in settings. I've done reinstall million times, please help I need solution to make this work. Thank you

Doas not work on windos 10 professionnal it s locked because need activation, and it 2019 not 2024 existing setup was all removed and computer it s restart after new installation !! Windows 10 pro, with true key from windows 7 ( upgrating)

i didnt rename file and it worked just leave it as it was some 365 thing and copy it in command and add xml if file already has it then there is no need just try it
Mate you're on fire !!🔥 Thank you very much, initially I got stuck during the installation due to an error and I tried to remove the previous version of MSOffice, close the vpn proxy firewall and whatnot but it didn't work. In the end I discovered that to uninstall Office you have to do it from Control Panel and then restart the system and et voilà! Hope it works for a long time! A thousand thanks!!! Cheers from Italy 🍻

@@Technoholicplus Sir, I noticed something, i did not see LTSC preview 2024, instead I saw Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2016, I try activating with key. they accepted the key and prompted me to restart the app, after restarting they requested I update the licence key, it it gave an error, the Professional Plus 2016 did not change
It's working. After running first command it will download 3gb file. It depends on your network speed. If you're using fast network then it will exit fast
@@YounusRizwan1 just change the slash run this command setup \download configuration.xml it will download 3gb file. Then after exiting first command run this setup \configure configuration.xml
If someone got error 2048.... Try rename the file without using .xml only rename as "configuration" 2nd thing unistall previously downloded office365 Other process would be the same...

I installed this a couple months ago. Microsoft is now telling me I need to give them a Product Key or they will deactivate my Office. How can I prevent this from happening?
Microsoft allows a couple months with no key then it does this, I think you skipped the last step in the video you can get the preview key from the first link and just add it into word and it will activate

@@heheboii9945 Yup... I think So... But when i do that process, i haven't installed any of MS Office or Microsoft 364... I think you should uninstall the existing apps like MS Office (other versions) or Microsoft 365, then it should work...
