USA has a lot to learn from Canada on the Marijuana issues. I don't smoke but it is a huge waste of money and societal resources to chase after minor Marijuana possession & use. Canada now allows "4 green plants" per household. No profits from that policy to drug and no associated crimes Ike before our laws changed. dealers. Now we can concentrate on dangerous drugs coming in from foreign sources like Across the Mexico USA border.
