The sing-a-long b/w Bates and Anna is what I would've expected if they were cast in a musical. :-(. I'm surprised they don't show her pregnant, as some of the spoilers have predicted for S4. If there's a Downton musical after DA's run is finished, Fellowes should've hired some of these actors. Their portrayal of the characters are so spot on!

Wow. They either had a really great makeup artist or really good casting (or both). They really nailed the characters mannerisms, too--better than any parody I've seen. Mary was especially good.
