Well gta sa takes place in 1992. Carcer is said to be a rust belt city. And the rust belt completely declined by the end of the 90s. So its possible Carcer was a better place before the 2000s. Btw Manhunt possibly takes place in 2003 so the time frame COULD match up
Yeah bro lemme tell you something bro Carcer City was a normal city and peaceful place in 1992. Carcer City now in 2003 is full of crimes by StarkWeather but after James Earl Cash killed him I'm sure that Carcer City went back normal and less crimes. @@bigsmoke1553
Hi! I was wondering if you would be adding the occasional tag/graffiti around each city? I think it would be dope to compile a couple of well known graffiti artists from each area to see if they would use their talent to spruce up the cities a bit! And for cities that don't necessarily have much gang violence, I think replacing them with tagger crews would be dope, instead of fighting over drugs and weapons it could be over graffiti spots. Idea: put a national guard base in the outskirts of Carcer. I have a feeling that they were also responding to the Carcer City shitshow after Cash killed Starkweather.

Is it going to be possible to have vehicles and npcs traversing the entire map? Many GTA map expansions I’ve seen seem to face issues with them spawning in and functioning properly.
I wonder if they gonna add the Darkwood state prison cuz that place was creepy as fuck. I hope that it will be redesigned to look pre manhunt, that means removing those dead bodies and grafities from the prisons interior. I am suggesting this because GTA SA takes place in 1992 while Manhunt takes place in 2003, so having a horror like prison in a functioning carcer city makes no sense to me. Also, do you guys remember that easter egg in the prisons hospital where there is that corpse which jumps on you when you get near it? That shit made me crap my pants!
