When it comes to location, the City of Gainesville is second to none. Located in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains, the 19th-largest city in the state is surrounded on three sides by Lake Sidney Lanier. Gainesville is small enough to know your neighbor, yet large enough to offer the services and cultural experiences of a much larger city.
This video shows the newly built Gainesville Renaissance Building, a 3 story mixed-use building consisting of 8 residential condominiums, office, retail and restaurant space (total of 45,000 SF)
It also does a walk around of the Store Fronts for historical purposes. The town of Gainesville is growing very fast and it will be interesting to look back at this video in 20 years to see what all has changed.
