@@DroOnTheGO I bet you have to seize those beautiful chilly days when you can!:)) My aging parents live in Clermont and I'm going to leave my life in Upstate NY to be nearer to them as they need more help. I've been scouring the internet for 2 weeks to find a town with a community, art, foood, water etc... that is within a half hour. I found Mt. Dora and have fallen in love with it, but they think a half hour is too far to help them when they need it. I drive a half hour to go to the grocery store where I live now! It's nothing for me, and the peace of mind would be worth everything. Do you live in the Orlando area? If so, to your knowledge are there possibly ANY other areas slightly closer that have the laid back culture, water & charm of Mount Dora? I've been looking to no avail, but I'm very unfamiliar with Florida other than when I've flown down to visit them. Btw, I love the music you chose for the video & how it sort of warbled down at the end of video.😂 It made me think; "this person might understand what I'm talking about with Mt. Dora vs being in the middle of highways & box stores in Clermont!
Yes I savor those cooler days every year. I have been to Mt. Dora and I did like the area. I am not sure what area would compare that is closer to Clermont. Best of luck with your move!
