Dowra Diaries Pt 4 "The Beginning" 

The journey begins.
Every year, in a remote city in the middle of the valley of Hadramawt, in Tarim Yemen, hundreds of people from around the world gather to gain sacred knowledge. They say this place has the world's largest population that are from the direct descendents of the Prophet Muhammed, salallahu alleyhi wasallem. During 40 days the Dowra provides classes in traditional Islam focusing on the three pillars of sacred knowledge: Knowledge, purification of the soul and calling to the way of God.
