Just me voicing my misaligned Doxa Bezel grumbles. I can’t align both the 12 and 6 bezel markers. Not sure if this is an issue limited to my watch, but Doxa have been unable to correct the issue for me. To be clear, I’m not knocking Doxa, just discussing this specific issue.

I came looking for this because I was feeling the same issue with my 1500T, was starting to drive me nuts lol. I can't tell if it's exactly the same as with yours; mine maybe a fraction of a millimetre "better". Thanks to your commentary, I did take a look, and it does appear that my 30-mark is perfectly aligned at the bottom when the top marker is ever-so-slightly off. So if I were to correct the 12 o'clock position, the bottom would likely be a hair off. I think I can live with it, personally, especially if I know it's not a "just me" problem that needs fixing. Thanks for the video!! Agree that the watch is fantastic, love the bracelet, the domed crystal, and the sheer weight/build of the thing.

I have bought a 300T recently and it has the same issue. I've seen it on many models. It can be adjusted at any watch service, ideally the service recommended by the AD.

I happen to own the 1500T Aquamarine Doxa and have it on the rubber straps. The watch I have aligns perfectly, I do hate how the bezel scratches pretty easily. Overall it is an absolutely beautiful watch, I also have the steel bracelet but have not put it on the watch yet.

There is a RU-vid guy in UK with a Sea Rambler 1500T. He says he noticed the bezel didn't line up and sent it back straight away. He claims he went through around six of them and they were all the same. So he just kept it. Being a Seiko fanatic it doesn't bother me that much. I still want this watch. Tell people it's a feature for safty the lawyers forced into production.😅 Whoa the guy I'm talking about is right UP there in the comments. Stay freaky bros, Never give up.

I’ve had my 1500T Professional for 7 years now. Marei era. It doesn’t get the collector love the 300 does but I don’t care. Out of everything offered at the time I liked the 1500 the best. I wear it all the time. Alignment issues like this were not common as far as I know. Probably this latest iteration of the company is to blame. Still an awesome watch though and no one can see that when you’re wearing it.

It might be the dial. Take a little note card and see if the 6 and 12 is lined up perfectly with the center links . I own two ICE Era 1500s and mine are bang on .

I just received a Doxa Army and same thing. I returned it. I will not accept any watch if it's not perfect

I purchased a 300T recently and everything lines up absolutely perfectly... So maybe its an issue with the 1500T only? Certainly gave me a bit of a scare when I went to check lol

Phew! Didn’t want to scare anyone. Pleased for you. It’s possible it could just be mine. Shame Doxa couldn’t sort it for me. Most companies have a degree of tolerance but this is slightly different.. Enjoy your 300T!

Fsolari i own a DOXA 1500T bought on dec 2015 , immediately starts to delay ( about 40 seconds a day ) i send back to DOXA ( they pay the courrier) they send it back telling all was fixed. But it was not!!!! the delay is still there from 30 to 40 seconds a day. I own an ORIENT MAKO payd 200 euro , it is much better just 15 seconds a day

hi, I have the 1500T Caribbean. I had at the beginning the same feeling of misalignment - and did not disappeared completely .... 😳... even now I feel the same 0 aligned 30 a little off...but: Because of the design: - the dial is sunken - the domed crystal act as a magnifying glass a slight rotation on pitch and/or roll axes will make the optical alignment be off between the dial and the bezel. Same when move in the same plane and same when close or away from the watch. To avoid this parallax error, I used a ruler aligned with the lines on dial 0-6 3-9. Or opposite markers on the bezel and the center of the watch. The ruler aligns almost perfectly with the bezel markers. If I use only on eye, and move slightly the watch roll/pitch, in plane, I can now align 0, 15, 30, 45 almost perfectly (looking at 59-1, 14-16, 29-31, 44-46 markers). Still a slight movement ruin the alignment at least on one side, just because of the design.... If I look with both eyes open I always feel a slight misalignment on one side. I personally get used with the design (deep dial design and domed crystal) sensitive to the optical errors. 300T has not a domed crystal tough... maybe helps...still Bogdan reported the same issue... just me, robert

I have a sub1500t searambler which has this problem. I also have a 300t professional which is perfect. All recently made 1500t dial variants have the same issue. I took mine back to Francis and Gaye jeweler and tried every dial colour of the 1500t. Every single one had the same problem. Mine is not quite as pronounced as yours but it is noticeable. I declined the offer of having it sent to doxa for a fix because I suspected that they would not be able to do anything about it. Such a shame.

Doxa doesn’t give a sh*t. I just bought a new one because I love the watch but customer service (in the US) is horrible. You buy a Doxa because you believe in the product itself being build to serve the intended purpose rather than for the company or the service. There is definitely a disconnect between the artisans who build the product versus management’s concern about fixing issues.
