Raila is very close to Uhuru & the government and a very senior statesman who enjoys security provided by the state. ...where was his security detail? ...didn't his security detail communicate or notify the county commander of his arrival ...for them to prepare and provide him with him security...just like as usual when the presidency visit any county in this Nation. What happened to Raila should not happen again not even to any other politicians.....The IG and his men should get serious with their work !!! and avert such security lapses again.
