Hello Dosto,
is video me maine impulse line ko kaise flush karte hai or kaise hum Transmitter ko line me lete hai uske bare me bataya hai sath hai kaise hm equalization valve ka use krke Transmitter ka zero check kar sakte hain, is video se aapki transmitter flushing ke bare me sari confusion door ho jayegi. ummidhai aapko Video pasand aayegi.

Agar LT ka zero check karna ho, tabbhi hame equalisation valve open karna hoga?

Equalisation valve ko open krke aap DP tx. ka zero check kar sakte ho but LT ka nahi. Bcz For example:- LT ki zero value agar -100 mmh20 hai but equalization valve ko open kroge to both side equal pressure padega or tx me zero dikhayega but zero par aapka 0% level nahi h to level zero show nahi karega. i Hope u got your answer with example.

+KOHINOOR DIAMOND Always preffer to isolate HP side root valve firstl, but you can isolate as per your choice after confirmation from operation department.

Sir , if you close the root valve first then transmitter will experience high pressure which will over range the dpt because it is for measuring small differential pressure. Before closing root valve we should open the equalising valve .

If you open the equalising valve before closing the root valve then there are chances that process fluid may enter from high side to the low side.

Isolate any side, open equalization v/v, isolate other side, flush from drains...

Step 1 - open equalization valve Step 2 - isolate root valve Step 3 - open drain valve & plug Step 4 - open the isolation valve Reason behind for step1 is that it will not effect the diaphragm of transmitter Follow the reverse process for having the transmitter on line
