Excellent video tour of DP 11's newest features. Probably more valuable than learning the latest and greatest features is the fact that I always find workflow improvements and new ideas just by watching your experts glide effortlessly through the interface.
You have a triplet grid, OK. But could you please allow us to set an arbitrary prime number for the divisions? Like why just 3? Why can't I see quintuplet grid? Septuplet grid? 11th-note grid? I realize the stone age musicians of the past just had triplets or divisions of 2 only, but really it's 2024, give me note grids defined by any prime.
Mellodyne does not load up in DP 11.3 for me. I downloaded it and registered it and DP finds it in a scan but I cant apply it to any of my tracks or use it as shown in the video. How about making a video about how to install it. I don't know why DP has to consistently be the hardest dam DAW to use, one of these days i'm just going to give up and move to
I'm trying to figure out auto-align. I don't see the option for auto-align. I have to run my entire file through Melodyne first? I have an entire movie mix (new version) I'm trying to quickly line up. Would be nice to be able to do this like in Da Vinci Resolve where the program analysize the wav file and lines them up
Hello! So, I am missing all of the ARA options for any given soundbite. I only have "use ARA effect" and "disable". No other options, no windows opening, nothing. What am I missing here? THX
I'm trying out DP now but compared to the other DAWs it is not really suited for live editing. When editing automation for instance the sound stops for a second or so.
