Dr. Akhil used First Aid to revise his syllabus! Know his strategy  

A lot of students don’t connect with top 10 rankers- they were consistent during their MBBS and internships. I took Dr Akhil’s interview to tell how he didn’t settle for some other branch when he wanted Orthopedics! 3 yrs of preparation post internship isn’t easy. Takes grit and motivation to keep going. He read the entire FA in a week and got to know which are extra things to add there. 2. PYQs are the king. They can’t be skipped at any cost- Major mistake he did in previous attempts. 3. Multiple revisions are the key- for that you need concise material. He used FA and his own handmade concise notes for final year subs 4. Last 10 day revision is the key! Can strongly relate to this. So many ups & downs & setbacks. Still you kept on going & didn't compromise on branch. Congratulations doc and many thanks to you too Dr Rishabh. I gave USMLE step 1 in Jan 2022 and got a rank of 921 in May'22 session without any efforts and 350 in Nov'22 session after 4 rigorous months of studying and will get the branch of my preference, so yes FIRST AID is the core of MBBS and every medical student should at least try reading it, will fall in love for sure! :P P.S. - I come from an average govt medical college of MP and just wanted to say nothing is impossible, I'm sure if I attempt once more anything can happen! JK :D

Will pyqs be helpful in neet too? Actually i keep on doing PYQs but i hear it everyday that ini is focussed on pyqs. So it always puts me in this dilemma if that'll be helpful in neet too? Kindly someone answer this. Also someone please please point out the difference between ini prep and neet prep. The interviews we see these days are all of ini rankers and they talk about which subjects they focussed on for ini prep. But then what subjects and strategy do we focus on for neet pg?
