He has been working in hair restoration since 2008.He is qualified in ATLS, AMLS, ACLS, BLS Certification, giving full registration as an emergency physician.Dr. Nel’s personal specialities in hair restoration surgery are FUE (Follicle Unit Excision) technique and combination FUE/LSE (Linear Strip Excision), combined with FUE from the Beard Area below the Jaw Line.
This technique allows for optimal graft yield and protection of the donor areas which is essential for long-term strategy in all hair restoration cases where large amounts of follicle units are required per session or over a lifetime.
