I stopped when she talked about mission school. Mrs. Mallinson loved my grandmother and she was her favorite student. My grandma was appointed as a teacher later in the same school. When she was 14 years old. She got married and left the school. While Mrs mallinson begged my grandmother's father to adopt my grandma. Which he refused to. I loved to hear all these stories about my grandmother and her school days. The way she explained everything, I felt like I had lived there with her. I lost my grandmother in 2011 when I was in my mid teens. And I still miss those endless talks about her childhood days. Her name was zaib ul Nissa. Oh! How much I love you. Granny Dan is a book written by a writer about her grandmother, maybe someday I'll write a book about my granny too. She definitely deserves to live for another eternity to come. And I might be able to let her to. Inn shaa Allah.
