Very true ,how each moment that has past is a mere step towards the future , the position someone is currently in is determined the energy they have put in motion.. Very hard thing to achieve on a consistent basis

Me too. I've been in the spiritual path for 12 years and read many books. But Hawkins has come into my life yesterday when a few days ago I finally committed to let go and release everything that no longer serves me. I'm shocked that I haven't about him before, he's amazing.

@@beelover2827 interesting way to look at it but very passive which continues to make you “effect”. I learned that such meditative and therapeutic way of thinking or behaving brings you nothing but more problems. Look at the people of Tibet, they thought being one with the universe could help them and they got massacred by the Chinese. I sued those who owed me the money and won. Now I let it go and forgave them with all my heart. They are living in agony and loss, maybe they should mediate and let it go 😂😟😊

I'm struggling to let go. I control every aspect of my life. Some good, creating systems etc But also from a panicked state. I cry a lot, and I feel when I've let go absolutely naked which doesn't feel freeing. I think it's attached to all the abuse I've experienced. I hold my breathe, and I literally breathe myself. I know I am supported by the universe as I've had so many beautiful things happen. But.... still so much fear. I pray to let go with grace and ease. ❤️🙏🏾

This decision will point your life to a great and beautiful path of therapy and self-knowledge. I have had my path with therapist for 1,5 years. It was a life changing journey. Separate mind from emotion, watch both react as exterior events come in without judgement, become realization instead of imagination and develop inner peace. You still find anxiety and racing thoughts and emotions. But underneath you’re aware of it and always calm and forgiving. God has it all. Every day is your destiny no matter what you do. Sit back spiritually and watch it unfold. Remain engaged but unattached.

Human beings are the ONLY creature on earth that pays for a space in which to make a life. Birds fly here and there gathering their food and nest wherever they please. The deer roam and forage and make home where they will. Man...only man...pays a premium to simply be! And from there, fear arises and worry springs for over the ability/inability to "pay the rent"! While it is true that some animals do engage territorial fights...most don't. They're permitted the space to live
Another way of looking at it is that man has found a peaceful way to negoriate territory while animals fight to death in a constant fear of tresspassing...

I love when he says in his lectures, "there is nothing really serious going on here." I'm a nurse and I say this at work all the time. And it helps! Maybe that sounds unloving, but it always has a positive effect on everyone and everything around me! Levity goes a long way. Laugh on!

I’m so glad I stumbled upon this beautiful soul . I had this feeling I had to read his book ‘ Letting go ‘ for few weeks . It was prompting me strong . Then I found out the audiobook has been uploaded in RU-vid just a month ago , what a beautiful coincidence . I listened to it and by the end of it , made so much sense about life . Then I also realized his voice on the book was recorded just before his passing away , oh my I was so emotional. Thank you for every word by this selfless , beautiful soul . I’ll ever be so grateful for the signs , the prompts and your grace 🙏
I encourage anyone who hasn't read his emotional description of his spiritual awakening to do so. He describes this in the first chapter in The Eye of the I. It is intense and powerful and impossible to describe. Just read it. It will change you.
No, I just think that a lot of the people laughing were doing so in a sort of group mentality, I even heard people starting to laugh when he didn’t say anything funny, Almost as if people just want to laugh for the sake of laughing and that they only laugh at him as a form of misguided worship. I don’t think he is funny at all tbh.
