“Almighty and ever-living God: We ask to be Thy servant, O’Lord, and to be a vehicle of Divine Love, a channel of Thy Will. We ask for direction and Divine assistance, and we surrender all personal will through devotion to Thy Truth. We dedicate our life to Thy service. Help us to choose love and peace above all other options, and to surrender all of our judgements to Thee, that we might have unconditional love and compassion for all of life in all of its expressions and surrender our very life to Thee at all times in all places. Gloria in Excelsis Deo, now and forever, Amen.” 🙏 Dr. David R. Hawkins
I love seeing the feedback loop and exact information I need to continue coming to me in real-time to keep going into this surrender. Truly remarkable if done with humility
This idea of continuous surrendering is so good and so helpful as long as I remember to do it! It's so amazing how easy it is to forget to do something that is so easy....no, I'd rather be PO'd for the week....
It's good to forget to surrender sometimes. If you continuously surrender, you might develop severe health problems like I did due to the body not being able to handle the rising kundalini energy. Don't get addicted to the Letting Go technique like I did.
Start with consistent effort - even if it's 10 minutes per day. After one month put in consistent effort 20 minutes per day. Set an alarm clock to remind you! ⏱ Keep increasing on a regular basis. The power of intention is very great! Then as he says, the more time you invest in your spiritual practice (ultimately All the time) your progress will be very fast. Don't look for end results. Just start now and surrender your life to God. God will do the rest. 💜
The sage is not a sage yet he also is a sage He is not a him or a her Yet he sees himself in all hims hers and in every being in every world He does not identify as anything his identity is in everything Yet he has no identity He knows not where he is He knows not where he goes He’s knows not what he thinks He knows not what to do He does without doing He speaks without speaking He thinks without thinking He hears without hearing He sees without eyes The seer is the seen the unseen Yet he also is not the seen and unseen The sage has disappeared The sage doesn’t know he’s a sage he has no desire to be one Yet he is The sageless sage simply worships he worships all there is Knowing the truth that the Glory of the creator is all that is That the sage himself didn’t even exist All powerful He refuses power All knowing he refuses knowledge He is home Nothing to do Nowhere to go He rests in stillness In the peace of the truth Glorifying the giver of peace in all moments in timelessness
My question is- in all his great teachings, does he ever talk about Jesus?? The only way is Jesus. His paying for our sins, Jesus gave us His righteousness. God loved us and sent Jesus to be crucified for our sin, whoever receives Jesus as Savior can be forgiven, fully accepted by God, adopted into God’s family. God loves us and provided us a Savior. Jesus is the only way to our Heavenly Father. We cannot get to God or Heaven without Jesus. Jesus said I am the way, the TRUTH and the Life. No one comes to the Father except through Me. The book of John 14:6. Also read John 3:16!! We will never be good enough to reach God. Jesus is the answer.
David Hawkins loves Jesus! From reading his books I can tell he has a lot of respect for Him and he mentions Jesus’ teachings a few times in his books but he also talks about the nature of Christ which helped me understand who Jesus really was. Jesus’ consciousness calibrates at level 1000 so yes following Jesus can be the way to salvation and enlightenment. I’m also a Christian who follows Christ with the same tenacity as you do! So I love seeing someone else out there who appreciates the same role models as I do!
