Its such a bittersweet feeling looking at the people on these videos.. because at one time youre getting old, but you also feel calm as everyone experiences it too!
Last week, I graduated from middle school and at the end of the ceremony when we left, this song played in the background. As the ceremony was over, I started hugging my friends and classmates and yes I did cry emotionally. This was also the same song that was in the high school graduation ceremony when the graduates threw their caps up high
...I will never get to know these people in my life, but i know that i wish them the best, time is the most terrifying thing to exist, one can but yearn that we were young again...
Hey saw the comments were off on your Here Comes the Hotstepper, just wanted you guys to know that It's a really groovy track and I can't wait to hear more.
I like that they own the tktok viraIity. I admit I enjoy songs outside of the trends but seeing it like this, it's great to watch people feel and live.. Also connected by a song anywhere in the world.
Man. Ive never had a brother, but I don't think I'd be that close to him if I had one. The 2 brothers at the end just must really care about each other. 🤷♂️
This is so sad because time went by to fast😭and it really makes me smile that we have less time to live but we always have a happier endings 😭u really changed my heart ♥️ 😭😭
Can ya'll tell me the lyrics to from the beginning of the song for real? "But those lines were clipped ... we waited an hour in Dallas", that's all I can pick up on.
It's crazy that such a later generation found such solace in your tunes as well. It felt so true to me when I was their age but I was already an old man at 17. I almost was an intern on your recording sessions doing this record if I didn't get sick 1 week before. I would have loved to be at Dreamland hearing the behind the scenes stuff you were doing.
Tik tok ruins hidden gems like this by playing the fuck out of it. Used to be my little secrete gem that no one knew. 2014 was so great without tik tok.
What pisses me off about tik tok is that this song I've played to a group of my friends once and they didn't like it, fast forward 5 years later. I played this song a couple months ago and they bash me by saying "you just started listening to this song, you're so late" like wtf. So now I have a playlist with a stash of gems that are less than 1m listens, now I play it to everyone I'm with before they get ruined by tik tok.
