If you took a bullet for someone, they must mean something to you. If you took a bullet for nothing, then that means you died for nothing.

Amen, brother Woods. And how about the fact that the "you" he's talking about is fleshly and Romans 8:8 says no one in the flesh can please God. Plus Jesus tells us to deny ourselves. And how about the scriptures that talk about our sin nature being totally depraved (Romans 3:10-18, Jeremiah 17:9, and Ephesians 2:1-3 to name a few). This "preacher" is taking self-help philosophy and trying to make it Biblical by taking scriptures out of context and acting as if God is using sinful people in their sinful abilities. If they stand before God in this way, they may just hear from Him, "Depart from me..." (Matthew 7:23) Fake preachers preaching a fake message to a fake crowd of fake Christians (if those in the crowd actually profess Christ). It is very sad and grieving.
