Don’t forget that’s just the host for fate and majority of the time the drain of him possessing them is what causes them to die he’s too powerful for the human host.. hence why most of them can’t access his full power

Never say never. If we're getting a Booster Gold movie (which I can't wait for), then I believe we can get a Doctor Fate one. Or at least have him as a prominent character in the new DCU.

This one scene is better than what I saw in BvS and Justice League. I hope they use this group in another film. Perhaps utilise them more. The duplication bit was cool with little Dr Fates grabbing Black Adam and then putting him in a choke hold. Like something out of JoJo. I like his armour as well. Shame this version of JSA is not utilised more.

@@stefansauvageonwhat-a-twis1369 hate break it to you too Young Justice version was kind of terrible, the whole possession thing is a retcon from the new 52, up until that point Nabu was more of an advisor/tutor to the wearer of the helm. The writers came up was the possession thing specifically to give him an easy weakness ( removing the helmet) Dr.Fate isn't supposed to be a Lord of Order, he's supposed to be their mortal agent

I still like what they did with him, all the other doctor fate non-comic media ive seen portray the same kind of possession, even this movie says it but doesn't show it. Heck I even think all live action batman movies dont really have the right batman yet I still have a favorite I like

@@stefansauvageonwhat-a-twis1369 I dislike it because it ruins Nabu's character and his relationship with Kent and MASSIVELY undermines anyone who wears the helmet ( especially Kent) See originally Nabu acted as more of an advisor and magical database and the original relationship with Kent was amazing. When Kent was a child in the 1920s, he and his father discovered Nabu's tome in a Egyptian pyramid, and in the process of waking him Kent's father died and so Nabu chose to adopt and raise him and train him in magic. Years later Nabu realized he had been in a mortal body for too long ( at this point bin the continuity Nabu could just make a body for himself if he wanted) so he convinced Kent to " kill" him so he could ascend back to the plane of the Lord's of Order but he then realized that a( he cared for Kent too much to abandon him and b( the mortal plane needed a defender so he created the helm so he could be bound to the mortal plane long -term and advise and augment Kent's own magic. Obviously that's just the origin story but you can see what changed, post-recon the wearer becomes an interchangeable meat suit and Nabu becomes an emotionally distant automaton and Fate has an instant weakness ( remove the helm ) and developing magic as a field of study or skill is non-existent now.

Sam Neill would have been a great Doctor Fate, but I agree Pierce Brosnan was perfect for Dr. Fate, I'd love to see Pierce Brosnan back as Dr Fate, he deserves his own Solo film, he was definitely the standout member of the JSA and the best thing in Black Adam, the movie should have had more Justice Society of America members, here's the members I would have put in Black Adam: Dr. Mid-Nite (Will Arnet) Stargirl (Emma Roberts would have been my choice for Stargirl) Hawkgirl (Paula Patton) Jay Garrick's Flash (John C. McGinley would have been cool, but u would've wanted John Wesley Shipp ,😉) Hourman (Leonardo DiCaprio) Wildcat (Sylvester Stallone duh) Mr. Terrific (Wesley Snipes) Wesley Dodds' Sandman (he's probably going to be the hardest casting choice 🙄) Citizen Steel (Andrew McCarthy) and Red Tornado (Android) (I think Stanley Tucci would have been a great choice) I would have go as far to even put Crimson Fox in this movie (although she's not JSA, she's Justice League Europe: I'd have Either Juliette Binoche or Julie Delpy portray an older version of Crimson Fox since the character is French and Crimson Fox is a set of Twins: Constance and Vivian D'Armais and both those actress are French and are criminally underrated)

Considering this is supposed the first one to wear the Helmet I think he would have been more used to it and built up some kind of resistance over time

It infuriates me that you think he couldn't, Nabu possessing the wearer wasn't a thing until the new 52, his original role was as an advisor and magical database for the wearer, specifically Kent and they originally had an adoptive father-son relationship. Nabu trained Kent in magic from the time he was a kid, he didn't need the helm to use it, the helm only amplified him

@@DannyNQH Meh she wasn’t cancelled but yeah it’s sad that WW3 and MOS2 got cancelled. A version of them will certainly come back eventually though. You can always count on the big 3 to have their movies, I just hope when they eventually make another WW movie that her villains get cooler and it wouldn’t hurt to give her even more magical weapons just for effect at least
