The cool burning fervor of this Protestant preacher, can nonetheless seem pedantic, lacking the essence of jubilance, that the Restored Church brings. There is, despite that, an intimate delving into scriptures such as Hebrews, in this sermon. When I come to Utah, after General Conference...I might wish to visit Apologia, just to break bread and offer hugs to White and Durbin, sincerely.

I know where Mt. Pleasant Tx is. I live in Greenville Texas, about 60 miles from there and had to work a day there, at the Brookshire’s grocery store, not that long ago.

Full assurance of faith is invaluable. The only treasure that is quite like it is watching someone else be filled with it

So, was Paul cursing Christ in acts 21 through his participation in temple ceremony? If he was preaching not to go back to the temple, was he not a hypocrite in returning himself?

Because you need some how to deal with the issue of sin, not at doing smth wrong, but sin as drawing away from Christ. How do you reenstate someone in Christ shall he backslide? Cause the is only one sin in the New Testament, the one that tears you away from Christ, namely Galatians 5:4, Hebrews 6, sin onto death- I think they are all about the same. So how do you help those who got stuck in backsliding- from that I think the Church, at least Orthodox Church Tradition came from.

8:40 and if they do go back, does that continuous forgiveness stop and they need restoration? Is the restoration possible?

I expected to hear examples. But he continued with the message. This is not the first time I've heard statements like this. Maybe he's had bad experiences with Christians, but it so often feels like he's talking down to us. I promise, not all of us are biblically illiterate. Everything in this sermon was Bible 101, Salvation 101. We uphold these things. Please know that even though we may just be sheep in the pews, many of us do read our Bibles, do think through biblical teaching, do attempt our best to hold to biblical theology. I've hesitated to say anything in the past. I hope to not receive some snarky response and treated like I'm a troll, instead of a longtime listener who has learned much and appreciates this ministry. I hope my comment is received in the respectful way in which it's meant.
