Dr. Tansavatdi is a double Board Certified Facial Plastic Surgeon specializing in the face and neck and practicing in Ventura County, CA. Thank you so much for this video! I wasn't given any instructions after my surgery. Today is day 4 after my facelift and browlift. My eye area is purple and balooned. The cheeks are getting yellow and more swollen than on day 1. I'm worried how this amount of swelling will affect my skin. Can I do facial masks to reduce the swelling?

Can we have laser Skin rejuvenation after facelift with a home device? And…can we improve the facelift with Botox and extra filters at 1 month post surgery?

Yes, you could probably use a home laser device after facelift surgery but I would check with your surgeon first so they know what device it is and whether it could potentially slow down your healing. Regarding Botox and fillers, I have allowed my patients to start as early as 6 weeks after surgery but I would check with your surgeon first.

@@FaceliftExpert Thank you for your reply, Dr. Tansavatdi🙏.I really appreciate that you respond and don’t ignore our questions. Unfortunately, I can’t ask my Doctor regarding this, he said for any medical problems to contact his nurse, however, she won’t bother to respond for such a thing. My home device I am using is Tria Age defying laser and LightStim Red Light therapy with IR. Do you think would be any problem using them at 6 weeks deep plane face lift post surgery? Also, can I do botox injection on my masseters for a better V line and slimming shape having in consideration that it will be done near the ears where the face is still a little bit numb post surgery?

@@Moniq29uk I see no problem with the hoe device. However, Botox should probably be avoided until all of the swelling has subsided which can take about 3 months.
