Hope we see a analysis regarding medical issues from you as a Doctor which includes the following queries also : (1) Why Doctors prescribe company branded medicine ? Why not generic ? ( To give patients financial freedom ) (2) Why Doctors taking Bipolar income ? Most taking monthly salary from Hospital ( Govt & Private ) & also taking money in the name of consultation fees in private chambers ALSO from patients ? (3) Most Doctors do not give consultation money receipt to patients coming in their private chamber. Why ? Are these white money bipolar income , if money receipt not given ? Dr. Sarkar is very right, the CBI is directed to investigate the lower level "chors" for time consuming only. This investigation will be eventually making round and round amongst the "choonopunti" leaders till 2024 March, instead of going upward to catch the big fish.

Kunal Sarkar perhaps did the right thing. He refrained from commenting about the stay orders of the Honorable Supreme Court. But at the same time it is not at all appropriate to comment adversely against justice Abhijit Ganguly. Whatever exposure of guilt has been done till date is primarily because of him. What is the factor which is stalling further progress is known to everyone who follows the cases. In that pont justice Gsnguli's handa are tied. I expect Dr Sarkar knows this. inspIte of that, how can it be said, " s joke",!!! We have every respect for justice Abhijit Ganguli.

I was getting confidence that law is still powerful which can work against political influence and money, but the decision of supreme court has again put a question mark on this. Let's see, time will answer this.

I agree with Dr Sarkar wholeheartedly! We will most probably not see any desired outcome from the investigations. The whole thing seems to be a script for a cheap, never ending TV serial. The only difference is, that this ‘entertainment’ will cost West Bengal so dearly, that a recovery from this will not be possible for generations!!
