Mel is right… when I was in law school I got into it with my landlord and they lied… I filed a complaint with the BBB and the Attorney General, after which my landlord put a 10 day eviction notice on my door… they lied and said I was harassing other tenants… but what people don’t realize is you have to prove those lies in COURT!! I WON & they, also, had to let me out of the lease!! The more they lie the better it is for you in court!!! I simply hired a private investigator to locate the tenants I supposedly harassed…after a few tenants were located they wanted to settle 💯💯💯
