He inquires about how the Divisional Forest Officer (DFO) Lohit issued a No Objection Certificate (NOC) to individuals in Jhalukbari village, far from Telluliang village, while denying LPCs to Telluliang villagers citing 'quota' limitations.
Dr. Chai also addresses the issue of land encroachment at JNV. CM Pema Khandu assures the Assembly that appropriate actions will be taken against those involved in these irregularities.
