It's so hard when people keep pressuring you to eat and telling them "you're not hungry" or "you're on a diet" they won't take it as an answer. They'll say "you don't need to diet" "you have to/can eat s little something". I feel like telling people I'm fasting just ends the discussion and gives you a chance to discuss the benefits and the spiritual relevance.

The original sermon name is the power of fasting, and he mentioned that the time you took you go to the grocery store, meal prep, cook and eat your food should all be dedicated to God in studying God word and meditating trying to hear from God. He said you will get back at least 7 hours in your day you took to eat now you can dedicate that time to God. Of course the time will vary for everyone but he just gave an estimate. I would encourage you to listen to the full sermon because it’s over an hour long and this is only 11 minutes from the original. God bless!

Sebab ..First and most importantly, pray that Our Father guides you and give you strength. Stop eating unhealthy and choose clean foods. No fast foods, increase your water intake and try to reduce your meals to two, then one per day. Leave sugars and carbs alone.
