She tells it like it is u Dr Mndende. She makes us ask ourselves the difficult questions. How were we turned into Christians? Did we have a choice in becoming Christians. What were we before 1652? Were we without a Religion before then? There's a need to decolonise our Religious beliefs.
People tend to limit God and think that God is a human being, God is way more than that. No human being can do what God has done, that alone proves beyond any reasonable doubt that even our education level and intellectual capacity will never make us draw conclusions about God and who God is.
Growing up I was a full flesh Christian, this Mama used to make me angry with her Topics on Spirituality...But I saw the light yayiNdim oWrong Mama! and now how do we attend these events...
The awakening that has been a long time coming is finally here. Christianity has imprisoned the black mind for ages. We are waking up and saying Jesus DID NOT DIE FOR US and we do not owe him anything. Siyabulela mama u Mndende ngegalelo lakho. Ngako konke okwenzayo ukuvusa umntu omnyama. Siyaluthanda futhi siyakuxhasa emsebenzini owenzayo. Yanga izinyanya zethu sonke zingakuvikela sikukhusele umyalezo owukhulumayo ufinyelele ebantwini abaningi bakithi abamnyama. Masiwa downloade lama video siwasabalalise agcwale indawo zonke. To those of us who have now been awakened, it is now our responsibility to spread the word, to educate, to empowered. Mayibuye iAfrika!!!!!! I would love to connect with like-minded brothers and sisters on this topic. Feel free to text me on WhatsApp - 073..668..3025
I would like next time to invite Rutendo or Joshua Mampong from zimbabwe to be part of the kind of events. They have a extremely full knowledge about african religion.
Kwakudala ndizibuza ukuba kutheni lento ama china ano bhudda, ama Arab ano mohammed, amakula anezithixo zawo ezi33, abamhlophe banedimoni labo u Zeus aka Jesus kodwa thina bamntu bamnyama asinayo indoda emnyama esinqula kuyo.Lomyaleza wathyilelwa kum nduneminyaka eyi 13 kulapho ndayifulathela khona lenkolo yasentshona ndangajongi nangasemva.
Who said that is relevant to our spirituality or culture of they were not significant enough to leave a lasting name,God is God and it'd people like you who create sects
I'm a Theologian, female, African and Christian. I like these conversations but always hurt by how people who claim to decolonize hate on other Africans because they chose a different religion from theirs. I wish in our discussions we could be honest enough to give credit where due. African Christianity did shape the mind of the world but also has gone wrong some how just like culture has. Both religion and culture can build or destroy communities. Be proud of your culture without stepping on other people. I wish you could decolonize without making us feel like we are less African if you chose Jesus and more African because you hate Christians. You talk about freedom of religion, but you are stepping on other people. Yes, Christianity was used to oppress just as it had been used to build before Western colonization. Mama ngabe ukhuluma ukuthi why uthi yinhle inkolo yakho.
When you speak the truth you are going to step on people by default, nothing wrong with that unless you want her to sugarcoat the truth. Her job is not to say things that everyone will like, hers is to educate by speaking uncomfortable truths, that is the only way we will wake up. Again I missed the part where she said culture is perfect, she never suggested that, the focus of the conversation was the foreign religion that removed us from ourselves
@@edmundsishange3608 I think you and I agree. I didn't say she must sugar coat. I asked that we spesk truth, not a one sided story to try and promote one party but exactly as you say, the truth that will make us uncomfortable, which is, there is a danger to a one sided stort. Let's hear both sides equally. She didn't say culture is perfect but she did imply that all that all that is not right with blacks stems from christianity which I believe is very far from the truth. I do follow Dr. I watch her talk, this was not the 1st, so I know what she teaches. It is true that some people nowadays have adopted a mentality that being 'African' means hating on other people and its growing. Its part of the uncomfortable truth we need to talk as you say
@siyabonga mahaye she is 100% correct Christianity is the core of all that is not right with us, she's busy dismantling that first before she can even begin getting into the ills of our own culture which pale in comparison by the way. You start by focusing on the main problem before you go to the minor one, the chief issue here is to get people properly spiritually aligned first therefore the Dr. is on point.
She prescribed, abide by the African Religion that being ukholo nenkolo yemveli evuma ukuba umdali wezulu nomhlaba u Qamata ukutsho ukuba is above all om mother earth. Umveli mgqangi akana bala linjani kwaye engumdali wezulu nehlabathi nenzaliseko yalo etc
@@elpatronesco6403 Do you see how colonial education has sharpened the mind of this woman? Do you see how fluent is she in speaking a colonial language? Tell me Mr know it all where do we start by decolonization? do we decolonize what came with colonizers? How is it decolonized? Which religion was colonized ? because we need to identify the religion which we claim to be colonized.
@@monwabisisiwakhile5748 that's where you miss it, you do not decolonize a religion you decolonize native followers of a foreign religion. Being a linguist has never been an issue
@@monwabisisiwakhile5748 what the hell are you on about conflating issues so tremendously? You are the one that's confused. This woman's message is clear and straight to the point. Enkosi Zizi.
