bullying doesn't decide her choices though. you can be bullied and do nothing about your appearance. Some personal accountability is always necessary. I got bullied as a kid for being short but I didn't go break my legs to make them longer.

It's terrible what she had to go through as a child! Then the bad surgery as well. I am so thankful to the two most amazing plastic surgeons that helped give her life back to her. You two are the most amazing Dr's. ever. Thank you for helping so many people everyday. Maybe one day, I will become rich or save enough somehow and I could get the opportunity to come and get the work that I need done by you both. I just keep praying. Maybe some day. You never know. I’m so saddened by how much that bullying affected her. I think she’s beautiful and no saying that to be nice. I don’t believe in being nice to people who self victimize, but she is genuinely beautiful!

“Self victimize?” For God’s sake, the bullies fractured her nose and elbow! She IS a victim and has a right to feel badly about what happened to her! You don’t have the right to tell people how they should feel about being physically and emotionally abused, or you won’t be “nice to them,” if they don’t react like you think they should about something you never experienced. 😖

She looks beautiful but this is a beautiful family. I didn’t see it. The way she wore scarves was like she had crazy deformity. Her beck did not look thick at all. She looked beautiful but I think all that bullying really effected her view of herself. I’m glad she’s happy. Fuxxx them bullies.

I’m glad Dr. Nassif was able to revise most of the bad work. The original doctor should’ve never operated on her. She needed a MH provider, not a plastic surgeon.

It sickens me how rotten some kids can be. I was bullied somewhat in Junior High and although I was an introvert I was also a fighter. I think my older brother made me that way because he lived to torment me. Anyway, so sorry so many people go through this and the names they are called stick with them a life time. If you don't make peace with it I believe people spend their lives trying to fix what was never broke... just a mean cruel kid being a jerk!

Her neck was completely normal and she had psychological problems in her youth. Bullying in small towns is normal when you are beautiful, but not everybody has the strength to handle it. I wish her all the best for her future

Honestly I’m so glad I haven’t been able to afford these surgeries so I don’t end up with complications and regretting it. I’m happy learning to love myself as I am. Even if I don’t look great all the time, in every way I still deserve love, respect and kindness. Plus I want to be loved for much more than my looks ofc.

Came here to comment this. I will never attend any of my reunions. I refuse to set foot in the entire state if I can avoid it. Nobody is obligated to attend their high school reunions, especially if they made your life so hell that you opted for plastic surgery.

I hope she knows the fat injected into her face will probably either shift or dissolve over time. Our systems sometimes interpret fat redistribution as an invading foreign body that can activate an autoimmune response. Other than that, she looks fantastic.

I think her confidence levels may have been higher if she had punched those girls who bullied her as a child and fought back. Too bad her parents didn't put her in self defense classes. Teach your children to fight back against the bullies or the pain from it can last the rest of your life. She looks gorgeous mainly because she is happier and more confident.
