Taking COQ10 and it has decreased my blood pressure tremendously, from 160/90 now 110/70 -120/75 only, amazing!

@@NansGlobalKitchen It’s in addition to Atenolol 10 mg daily. When combined with my anti hypertensive medication, COQ 10 100 mg daily has being a game changer.

Thank u Dr. Oz! I want and need something for sleep and pain naturally! Thing is I can't get a CLEAR diagnosis of my problems! Had a stroke 3 yrs. ago! It effected my left side! I go from hot to cold on my left side! Have some pain all over the left side, from head to toe? Theapy do some good, but I don't like some of the things they do! Seems like it has NOTHING to do with my problems

Acupuncture is great but with electricity for fibromyalgia patients is not a good combination, since all the nerves are highly wired as is. I have done acupuncture but not with electricity.

8:00 I take a nice, hot shower for the pain in my shoulders, arms, and knees - concentrating on those areas. Then, I finish off with ice cold water on the same areas before I get out. This seems to help me with the pain.

29:27 he is not related to Dr. Oz through his aunt’s husband Sam Hartwell’s family. 🤦🏻‍♀️ The relationship ends there as he is only related to Sam Hartwell through his marriage to his aunt. He may be related to Dr Oz further back though.
