Dr Pal, all the "American " choices for break fast was in the buffet even in 1997. I saw croissants for the first time in a restaurant near church gate in 1994. they were selling it for Rs 20 a piece. My pocket money was for Rs 20 a month. 5 stars were meant for foreign tourists and NRI's to feel themself at home ! My husband then a student in Bombay went to the revolving hotel in churchgate and seeing the menu, drank water and came. He grew up in a small town in MP and Bombay was a fancy city for them . After exams , their treat was to visit the city and eat out. No small feat for parents who work in small towns

I scanned exactly like he did when I went to Mexico. I could feel his presence at the buffet counter when, after having loaded my plate with protein, fiber and healthy fats, I began salivating at the pudding cups and foccacia sections.

Whether we eat or not we will die one day. It's good to eat healthy, but not to this extent. It's literally too much. Eat and enjoy your life. Overweight people are still alive, whereas Gym guys are dying. So just live your life ❤

Just living is not enough......living is basically existing......We need to have perfect health to enjoy life outmost......To me he is doing nothing wrong.....He is a reputed Doctor.....it's literally his Job and purpose to rightly show healthy ways to the people and Dr Pal is doing just through his RU-vid channel.....his entire purpose is to make everyone gut healthy....what is is wrong with that?? Just because you may not be having any problems with your gut inyoung age doesn't mean it will be forever that way.....90% immune system lies in the gut.....Every other person is suffering from IBS colitis many other problems which is totally makes the life debilitating and misrable. So yeah just merely living is not enough we need to respect this physical body given by God

Very prompt at this point of time. I wish at least at 5 star hotels, they can serve good quality and healthy food. I also experience the same kind of choice of food whenever I travel. Very difficult to get fresh healthy food.

Doctor pal ….u r videos made soo much change in my diet….before I used to be 86kgs because of over eating and no potion control ….after watching u r videos I eat in control …look after my carbs,protien and fiber intake …guess what …after 4 months I am 79kgs and I do cardio exercise half an hour a day for 5 times a weeks and once in a week it would be walking for about 10kms ….also sir …I stopped eating after 7pm in evening and would have breakfast at 9am …this type of intermittent fasting too helped me cut my unnecessary intake of food

Uncle Its good that u guide us to choosing food but being a hostler in india The mess food is mixed with more chilly spice, aginomoto and soda There is no option to make them cook healthy for students Many have stomach and peptic ulcer Few cant adjust to this but if there is no option for food other than mess food Give a medical advice to adjust this It will be helpful for many I hope u will notice this msg.

Sir dhoklas are not fermainted most of the time... Its instant dhokla made of chickpea flour (besan) and a lots of sugar and lots of oil in it... Next time you see a dhokla, ask them whats its made of... By the way, your videos are really good...

Sir, most buffet menus in India have very little option for vegan menus. It's either high sugar or high milk desserts, which are bad fir patients suffering from inflammation diseases. I think they should be inspired by Japanese desserts. Also our own fruit recipes

Hello doctor can you please make a video of how to decrease triglycerides without decreasing weight.. because I’ve already lost 20kgs by avoiding fried food ,sugar and too much oil but my triglyceride level is not reducing (it’s 190) I’m a mother of 2 year old ..age 27 with weight 49-50
