Sleep paralysis is common No need to panic But remember its a dream And its ur brain controlling it You can turn sleep paralysis into a lucid dream Just stay calm close your eyes And imagine a beautiful scenario and ur standing ir relaxing their Then the dream will turn into another dream Where you can control the dream snd create whatever you want but controlling ur emotions can make you stay longer in dream....or else u gonna quickly wakeUp
Im sleep at 3 or 4 some times 5 after work and wake at 8 or 9 or 10 and i fall a sleep and i even dont know how i got sleep 😴 now im facing this problem
