Sir you do have a valid point but ,if a person has the money to buy exams and get admission into medical colleges...He/She surely has contacts enough to get passed via unfair ways.... Taking example of my own college(a Govt college).... I've seen guys passing the final proff (one of the most difficult years of MBBS) without even touching their books before exams.... And this is the real truth that MBBS taught me Raja ka beta toh Raja hi bnega prr abb Govt. College se bhi bnega....

There's a thing that if you have enough money or connection to get into MBBS by unfair means, they will have easier time in MBBS because attendance management sahi kr deti hai , finals mei external viva mei pass krdenge , Theory mei Invigilator help krwa deta hai , unko sirf 1 mahina rttna hai selected topics ko.
Sir, getting entry into medical college is tough , but passing out from a medical college is far more easy (if you open your eyes and come out of your mamc and ucms , Lhmc bubble and come to a peripheral medical college which has got recognition and running for at least 10-12 yrs ), there the teachers don't teach the bare minimum syllabus , that's why they also promotes incompatible students to the next prof , so that they don't need to take any responsibility . Agar koi teacher thik se padhate for eg . Psychiatry hi le lijiye....to Sir aap famous nahi hote ....sabhi bacche apne college ke teachers ke notes hi padh rahe hote......

That's not a valid point sir. There was a student in my college who took admission with ph quota. He was so dumb that in first pct, one of his friend told him that appendix is very important, it will surely come for 5 marks. He tried to memorize the appendix at the back of bd chaurasia and wrote how much he could remember in the test. He failed badly. After that ge used to prepare questions of last 10 years and mug them up for exams. He passed all semesters after that.

I think this is unfair practice will not be stopped until a fair number. of seats available to students to complete...... i)24 lakhs or more students appearing for seats of approx. 40k govt. quota seats.
