Jackie Kreutzer I’m rewatching it on Prime as well. I still love this show so much! So much warmth and charm. One of the best ensembles in television history, in my opinion.

Oh heck! I’m a psychologist in my day job, and I have to say, my diagnosis would probably be…that you were perfectly ‘normal’ J As long as you weren’t eloping with any crushes you had access to; taking out mortgages with them, etc ;) People tend to assume kids that age don’t get crushes. And they don’t - at least not in exactly the same way as adolescents and adults. And certainly, kids that age aren’t ready psychologically, for actual sexual or romantic relationships. But like most things in childhood, your brain is taking you for a test drive. It starts getting the brain pathways ready for when you ‘re an adult. It is perfectly ‘normal’ - even common, for kids of 8 or even sometimes a bit younger, to develop powerful, even obsessive feelings, towards individuals from the groups of people you will be attracted to, when you’re older. It’s just a practice run, and nothing weird. As long as it doesn’t lead to any adults who do actually have a psychological problem, exploiting those emotions in kids, and assuming the child is able to cope with a sexual/romantic relationship.

He's sellin reefers down by the alley next to the Saloon, the oldest son whose name I don't remember? He part of Dr. Breaking Quinn's "muscle" and well, little Colleen? She took a few pointers from Old Myra and went into the oldest profession in the world... I guess Hank (wasn't that the saloon owners name?) needed someone to fill in after Myra quit!
