He pooped all over that table. His bladder definitely showing his age. 😂 The vet techs are all so nice and caring. Love this vet hospital and everyone that works there.
It's natural for them! They can control their bladder, but not bowel movements. So they just constantly poop. Sometimes I swear mine fling them out their cage.
I had my chinchilla for 18 years. I always brought him to the hospital to get his teeth filed down because it wasn't happening on it's own. I miss him terribly.
Seeing this Chinchilla makes me happy average lifespan is 10 years I lost my Chinch in January after 12 years the vet said it was the oldest chinchilla he'd ever seen my Chico passed away 3 days later best pet ever
My chinchilla is 14 years old he likes the dark he likes using 12 back beer boxes as houses and chews the eff out of them. He loves sticks and fresh cut grass hes a little badass
Sometimes pets chew their tags so in that case, it's better for the pet to just be microchiped and not worry about the tags. My dog for example, chewed all his tags, so we just stopped trying. He does have a microchip and always has a leash on when we walk him. The chances of him getting lost is slim, but in case he does, we do have him microchiped. Also, while I don't recommend it, sometimes people have their cats be indoor outdoor and in that case, the tags can get snagged on something or it they will just get worn over time. For that situation, again, a microchip is always better than tags.
Yeah pets pets do the weirdest things.but I have run into situations. Where pets was hit by a car. And pulled out of road alive. And it took hrs for animal control too arrive. A tag would of been a blessing too reach owner sooner, and not every one can afford micro chipping!!
@@elainephleps4705 that doesn't mean tags are the better option. Take the animal to a local Shelter or a vet and they'll be able to scan the animal for the microchip.

Hey veterinarians, would you rather have your dearest pet of 9 years with poor health undergo surgery to attempt to save their life or "put to sleep"? (My cats experience looked painful she cried when they injected the pink solution....) :( first the green as a "pain killer" didn't seem like it worked I guess..I wish she had passed away under anesthesia...
Weigh the risks and ultimately give them what’s best. If the animal doesn’t have a good quality of life and the surgery could fix it, until natural causes takes its course. Or sedate but that is the hardest thing to have to do.
