Dr. S. Jaishankar was born on January 9, 1955, and is a well-known figure in Indian politics. He has been serving as the Minister of External Affairs since May 30, 2019. Jaishankar is widely respected for his deep understanding of international relations and his ability to think ahead strategically.
Before taking on his current role, he was part of the Bharatiya Janata Party and served as a member of parliament in the Rajya Sabha, which is one of the two houses of India’s Parliament.

As an Indian born overseas and lived all my life overseas, i can say today i stand 10 feet tall and the reason is simple ...I credit PM Modi and Dr Jaishankar in the main for this.... It's a matter only instigated by chaina through mayanmar. I live in adjacent state. Manipuris are basically Hindu and kukis are Christians. Now Chaina wants to destabilise the region through kukis whereas the manipuris understand the situation as they are the original inhabitants.

I work in lithography field, which deals with the machines used for manufacturing high end chipsets. My input to India is, it should not just limit itself to manufacturing chipsets like Taiwan or China, it should produce machines used for manufacturing such chipsets. As of now this technology is limited to just one country, Netherlands. I wish to see India along with it.

Jaishankar mixes Hindi with English ...known as Hinglish .. for a reason. He knows his audience in this program. He can speak in chaste Hindi. His ability to process a complex question ..as in a press conference..is phenomenal. And many questions posed are carefully structured " Gotcha " questions. Jaishankar is outwardly genial , a terrific listener , has a deep background in historical sequence of events in many parts of the world , knows how world businesses run , Over the past ten years , diplomats across the World know they can trust his word ..even as he represents India best interest. Narendra Modi has his back . 140 Crore people also have his back. His effectiveness overseas is driven by how people of India work to keep India economic engine humming . I plan to continue to do my part ... I have been living overseas past 55 years.. everything I do ...I am thinking ...excellence...I am representing 140 crore people. ...My personal hygiene , my clothes. my car is spotless , also at the supermarket .. no shoplifting .., and at the office... my cubicle will not smell of curry ...no way ..no how....My front yard is landscaped and groomed to perfection. On an airplane ? Dont bug the steward / stewardess. MYOB.

In this conversation I heard DR JAISHANKAR mentioning what we should look at as part of the VIKSIT BHARAT vision. These are the 3 things I will expect as a growing country in big leaps: 1. Learn to build - Let it be individual or group or as a state or as a country we should develop skills to build something that we can be proud of. Learn to gather information from our past: Unravel Bharat history like Vedas, vedic science, arth shastra..etc. We have a very rich and advanced culture knowledge base. Lets bring it back and start relating to the modern world and get back our original knowledge for the advancement of India as well as the WORLD.
