I was bopping around in my Special Care Home room when a much younger Care Aide -- I'm 80-years old, and she's in her 30's -- came in and demanded to know just what I thought I was doing. I told her I was listening to some music from this outstanding treatment by Dr.SaxLove that just makes me get up and move, I can't stay immobile. She considered that and then said that since it was a Dr.'s "order" that looked like I was doing exercises she'd just have to let me carry on, but be careful. Dr saxlove smooth jazz just simply breathtaking I could listen to this type of music most of the day and most of the night because it's so stimulating thank you dir Dr saxlove for entertaining us by bringing this type of music into I'm home I realized especially at this particular time when there's so much that's going on in the world but none of us have ever experienced before people are having so many different health issues whether it's mentally physically or both because people are afraid and let's don't even give in to anything political because that's a whole different ball game again which we have never had to experience I pray to my God printed only just myself but for others that do not you know how to even to begin to pray for themselves in my way of being able to reach you up with music helps me tremendously so I'd like to thank my RU-vid family and friends which I've adopted LOL I guess you don't know what this has done for me as well on a positive note everyone please be safe even though it's so hard because you can think you're doing everything right but then there's a little slip of something wrong but we have to continue to believe and to be able to reach out and maybe we may not be able to reach out like we used to because of the virus I just like how we listen to the music we're coming together in a form trying to let go of her anxieties knowing that we all have some because if we didn't something would be wrong with us so they say bite not human so again I think everyone my RU-vid family and friends since I've adopted you for being so special and allowing me to be apart of something that I know how to do being a people person is one of my strongest attributes cuz I can take me anywhere because if you're a peaceful person you have the mindset personality of wanting to be able to give back in any way that you possibly can may God be with you unless you good night
