For real reparations: they identify an actual victim of the offense in question. They specify the abuses and damages. They assign a dollar amount for their compensation. They pay the victim. If the victim is deceased; they identify the closest living legal heir and pay them. What is the name of the slave that you are trying to collect the unpaid reparations for?

Well this reparation should be given by a country to another country, as the former here is the looter and the latter is the one that was treated as slave.

Reparations is actual proven victims being compensated by their actual violators. Forcing the innocent to pay nonvictims for something that happened to neither of them is not reparations. If you aren't out anything; You aren't owed anything.

Ok…….in that case it would be great if you started by returning our precious artifacts, millennial year old precious statues, coins etc situated in the British museum . You could also return our precious diamonds and all the jewelry that the Royals sport …..Kohinoor diamond sparkling in the British crown, all other jewelry happily sitting in the Tower of London ! Britain had annexed, colonized over 65 countries in the last 500 years…….they hadn’t gone there as Messiahs of Peace. Of course plunder was the object ! Not that we need any aid from UK , but we really want our artifacts back which the British display so proudly today.
