Nothing amusing so why did she chuckle at the end when she said women in their 60s/70s are still "clinging" to their hormone therapy ? Those can be just as vital as other years and actually as most retire in this age range, they would prefer not to feel like shit during what should be an enjoyable stage of life.

TYPE OF therapy is not mentioned here; oral? Topical? Inserts? and urogenital atrophy for post menopausal women is not mentioned. this is a VERY critical quality of life issue.

You need to find a better doctor! Check out your area for menopause specialists. I am 69 and no breakthrough bleeding. I am on oral Estradiol (and micronized progesterone for 10 days or if I need it for anxiety and insomnia, I will also take it. ) There are definitely other choices out there also that are even better than what I am on, such as a patch that doesn't go through the liver like pills do. Watch the YT channel Menopause Taylor. She is very thorough about all this.

The only thing I wanted to know was if I CAN DO HT after 65… if I need to, and that’s why I turned on this video! It was just curiosity, I am fine in that subject, as far as I know!

Not sure, but i can tell you that In Italian Alps a very rural land, women still have periods in our early 60s. In the US it's usually age 53 menopause and 62 is considered late. But in North Italy it is not uncommon, my cousin didn't go into menopause till her mid 60s.
I was turned down too...I am 72 so there are online clinics specialising in menppause/HRT . There you get an online consult with a doctor and the het is mailed to you. In my case I went to Costa Rica and bought her over the counter...also paid to be checked by an English speaking gyno to make sure all is well and the dishes are correct! I feel so much better. I could not sleep either. Now I sleep like a baby. My mother is 95 yes and still on HRT...45 years she has been taking it. I swear that is why she looks so good...her hair...no loss, her skin...sharp as a tack mentally etc. she often wonders and says no one in our family has lived so long!
