That’s right Sylvia the Rule of Law should prevail. If an offense is bailable it must be put into effect. The Constitution is clear about it; “ Only Treasonous and Felonious cases are refused bail.” My question now is; Where do we class these rioters? Is their detention bailable or not? Give your reactions.
