Terry Maresca, M.D. (Mohawk), Seattle Indian Health Board (SIHB) physician, describes her experience receiving the Moderna COVID-19 vaccine. She reflects upon the ways Indigenous people have always used our good minds and medicine to help save our families and on SIHB being the first in Washington state to administer the Moderna vaccine.
