Veeramachaneni Ramakrishna, popularly known as VRK, is a Telugu-language author, motivational speaker, and health coach. He is best known for his VRK diet, which is a plant-based diet that emphasizes whole, unprocessed foods.
VRK was born in 1969 in a village in Andhra Pradesh, India. He is a Chartered Accountant from Vijayawada. He formulated the "Veeramachaneni Diet Plan". Many people are following this plan as it is being promoted on social media . He informed that lifestyle diseases like diabetes , BP and obesity can be cured by making some changes in our diet . He claims that diabetes can be reduced without medication, obesity without any surgery, and obesity without dieting. A few lakh people are following his diet in Telugu states. Many people are losing weight. Diabetic patients are able to reduce their sugar without using drugs.
According to his diet plan, coconut oil, ghee, olive oil, curd, butter, cheese and sea salt should be used for cooking. He designed this program as four pillars in a way suitable for both vegetarians and non-vegetarians.
The VRK diet has been praised by many people for its effectiveness in helping people lose weight and improve their health. The diet is based on the following principles:
Eat whole, unprocessed foods.
Avoid processed foods, refined grains, and added sugars.
Focus on fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and legumes.
Drink plenty of water.

ఈ LED ల దరిద్రాన్ని తీసుకువచ్చింది కూడ BJP నే ... 2014 లో మోడి pm అయిన తరువాత led లైట్ల వాడకంతో నెలవారి కరెంటు బిల్లు 50 % తగ్గించవచ్చు అని దేశమంతా భారి ఎత్తున మోడి ఫోటో వేసి మరి అమ్మారు . వీధి లైట్లతో సహా అన్ని led లైట్లు పెట్టారు . ఈ లైట్లు పెట్టిన తరువాతే చాలా మందికి కంటి ఇబ్బందులు , నిద్ర ఇబ్బందులు ఎక్కువ అయ్యాయి .

I like VRK, MANTHENA, Khadar Vali, Ramachandra. One best eg is 15 hours fasting from dinner to next meal.. Vrk - i eat eggs and use pure coconut oil Manthena/ramchandra- sprouts and fruits Khadar - Millet at least 3 days a week I eat food that I'm able to adjust and keep stomach light... I follow all these people and take what is relevant and suiting to me.. Thanks a crores
