Chapter 6, the hole becomes your new street. This cannot be koined to Porche. I heard it when I was a teen. I lived it all my life. I left it behind and this reality threw me back into it, buried me in it, and dug another right beside me for my friends and family. Change expectations....or get rid of expectations altogether? My journey has led me to believe that to have expectations of any sort is not helpful - having expectations is just directing the ego somewhere else rather than letting it go altogether. So no need for expectations of any kind - just don't place limits on yourself - without ego - and the rest will take care of itself.

We was conditioned to be ordinary,but we was born extraordinary. Those who brake out of the conditioning will see very one around them deeply conditioned. The path of enlightenment can be quite lonely.but its a journey we all must walk in one life time or the next. The Atoms you are made of have been part of the universe since the beginning of time. Energy can not be destroyed only transforms to a different state. When molecules die (what your made of) the atoms seperate. Atoms are single neutral particles. Molecules are neutral particles made of two or more atoms bonded together. An ion is a positively or negatively charged particle. Hense .The universe is inside you ( literally ).

I have heard the poem of walking down the same street and falling into a hole before but I was in prison when I heard that poem and it wasn’t told to me in the same form but it hit me just as hard as it hit me again today I’m not sure why you change the original contents of that which is just a poem I guess it just adds to your story which I totally respect today a life coach also because one learns to grow and overcome from their battles and trials and trials if you don’t learn mobile he will walk down the same street and fall into the sea home

Please excuse my typo. One learns from the mistakes. You may fall manny times. However once you change your prospective / perception of things you will learn., therefore not falling into the hole again. Flip the negative in your life into a positive. These are just some of the simplest ways to live your life to its fullest. When you can turn even those bad things into something good therefore that means you learned a lesson

I've heard so much about the "God frequency"; that when you ask the universe for something, you/your consciousness needs to be at that God frequency to connect with the universe but I've never heard anyone explain how you actually do that or, more to the point, how you know if you've achieved that connection/state of consciousness. I just start saying thank you for food, that I can breath keep going on with little or big things, have a house, wake up happy in the morning, my love ones are with me or closer to my soul and... so on. At some point you are truly happy and feel that you have everything ☺ and you can ask better question or for advice when you give a good vibe. You start meditation from a different place. Is not exactly knowing is most like you will feel that state. My 5c
