Is the intro on any of the releases? Like a segue or something.

@@TRaddcliff unfortunately not, just somebody they improvised to lead into Dot In The Sky.

Much more obvious is their similarity to Sad Lovers And Giants that started making records in 1981. Their best and most mature album is from 1983, though. And what Drab Majesty do is *very* close to that album ("Feeding The Flame"). Both groups had/have a great talent for writing good tunes, and so I love both--never can have enough of that sound :)

They also have a hint of Chameleons.

@@philiparcher2868 You are right, but imo also Asylum Party tried to emulate the sound of Sad Lovers & Giants, they had their first record in 1988!

It looks like a strat to me, he’s got a heavily effected sound, lots of delay and reverb and chorus though, sounds awesome. I play guitar and use a heavily effected tone also, so I recognize it

Absolutely not needed. This was one of the best live acts I’ve ever seen in my entire life, hands down.

I think they do just great with just the 2 of them. Sometimes adding more heads just screws up the chemistry

It sounds distorted in this vid because of effects I believe. Vox sound great in their Audiotree vids.
